Safe, high-quality products are something natural to Queens Products. We pay much attention to quality assurance.
Queens Products and its partner-suppliers work according the HACCP guidelines based on the Codex Alimentarius, the world standard for food safety. At Queens Products we work according internationally recognized quality systems. We follow high quality standards, which are established in procedures and guidelines in our organization. Within Queens Products we work according recognized standardized codes and quality standards. They are based on world standards, such as those for food safety the Codex Alimentarius.
Examples are: HACCP, MSC, GFSI, ISO and BRC. Objective surveillance programmes are carried out by independent laboratories that are acknowledged according to the highest international standards.
The partners of Queens Products are certified and also work in accordance with international quality systems. Independent organizations supervise the companies. Queens Products’ employees pay regular visits to its partners, in order to judge the activities.
Food safety and hygiene
Food safety and hygiene are a central point in our quality policy. Our partner-suppliers are aware of the fact that they have to deliver a perfect quality. Queens Products judges its partner-suppliers on basis of established product specifications. New suppliers must comply with the international certified quality standards. They must be able to supply all desired information in the form of product specifications. Periodical laboratory tests are being executed. For instance for micro-biological aspects.
All production locations of a partner-supplier are certified. The quality department of Queens Products keeps an eye on this and follows all new developments in the field of food safety and hygiene.
Transparency
Being able to trace back all parts of the production chain, a transparent production chain and open communication with our partner-suppliers form the basis. We channel our product streams and work with an up-to-date automation system. Within Queens Products all recordings and surveillance information are committed to computerized systems. If necessary Queens Products is able to take action fast and meticulously. Queens Products has fixed recall procedures for these situations. For consumers our Quality department uses special customer procedures.
